Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3 business days.   Shipments occur 1-4 days after processing depending on item(s).  Most shipments arrive as one parcel but some may come as multiples.  If our local location is out of stock some items might drop ship from supplier to save time and freight charges.  If you cannot wait for drop shipments from suppliers please email us at; taylormadeeventsforyou@yahoo.com before placing your order to check availability and let us know time frame required for shipment arrival.  

Typical lead time is 4-6 days transit for items in stock.

Items shipped from suppliers, typical transit lead time is 14-30 days depending on item and order size.

 At this time we are only able to drop ship Internationally.  We hope to be able to offer more in the future.

Taylor Made Events For You’s Refund Policy

We accept returns on items that are not personalized.  Buyer is responsible for getting the item returned to our location, and restock fee may apply.  NO refunds for requests due to delay of items during shipment.  If your refund is due to damages, please email us to discuss arrangements on processing a damage refund.
